Always buy a new construction home with a real estate agent is something I always tell my clients. I know the ins and outs of the process not only from helping others through this process, but also by going through this many times myself. It takes an agent who has a relationship with the builder to maximize the negotiations on your behalf. With me you also have someone who can help you pick out not break the bank by picking out timeless finishes in the design studio.

This large, and grandiose property needed the right real estate agent to help with staging, pricing, and marketing prior to selling. The sellers knew that they needed an agent with a great marketing presence in order to find a buyer quickly.

CASE STUDY - 15330 RIDING CLUB DRIVE, AN 2005 LUXURY HOME

the brief

I supervised a thorough home cleaning, coordinated with the owner to address maintenance, and brought in additional furnishings to lighten the appearance of dark spaces. I also conducted an extensive social media campaign focused on the provinces where i knew there would be interest. In 38 days, i received multiple offers. The house went under contract with multiple offers, and a bidding war. Since the home sold so quickly, i also found my clients temporary housing until their home was built. This was the most expensive home sold in prince william county in 2020
